Pharmacology I Virtual Classroom Aug 28-29

Description: 

Training in pharmacology is a cornerstone of addiction counseling and a major part of what differentiates the professional field of addiction counseling from other mental health disciplines. This class will provide a solid base of knowledge about the drugs of abuse including what is happening in human physiology and behaviors.

Time/Duration: Virtual Classroom meets online via Zoom or Google Meet from 8:30 – 4:00.(14 hours) for 2 consecutive days. Students will also have handouts and resource material for the class as well as the final exam and course evaluation. Enrolled students will receive an online classroom login 2-5 days prior to the class start date.

Access: must download free Zoom or Google Meet application on a video-capable phone, laptop, or desktop.
