FULL: Addiction Counseling Skills February 3-5, 2023

Description:
This class provides a framework for working with clients with substance misuse and abuse. The goal is to teach the counseling skills needed to help clients process their information and move toward the change process.
Time/Duration: Virtual Classroom meets online via Zoom or Google Meet from 8:30 – 4:00 (21- hours) for 3 consecutive days. Students will also have handouts and resource material for the class as well as the final exam and course evaluation. Enrolled students will receive an online classroom login 2-5 days prior to the class start date.
Access: must download free Zoom or Google Meet application on a video-capable phone, laptop, or desktop.
